This covers more general things asked that don't relate so much to the actual operation of the things we sell.

Custom work/modifications:

No I don't do custom work, unless the job is different or a challenge or if youre prepaired to pay unreasonable amounts.

Modifications of creations in the shop is possible, tho keep in mind I might charge a amount for the time I have to spend. Obviously modifications have to be just modifications, rebuilds from (near) scratch aren't considered modifications).

Refunds

I don't refund unless there is an obvious flaw or error in my creation and even in those cases I usually repair the flaw instead.
Don't remove any of the scripts or objects from the creations, cause in most cases they will cause the creation to stop function. Obviously in those cases there will be no refund.

Mod/copy objects such as prefabs can not be refunded cause obviously those are no transfer items.

Rezzing a prefab

Prefabs come in a rez box, this you rez on you land(so do not open like you would a box of clothes)
Click the box and select "rez" from the blue menu.
Move the box(the house follows) until it's in position.
When in position, click box again and select "set" from menu. This will remove the track-script ánd the floating text.
Once done you can pickup the box and take in your inventory to use another day.

tip: always try to set your home in "straight" degrees, 90,180,270 or 360/0.
This will make placing your furniture and decorations a lot easier.

Contacting me

Since I receive a lot of IM's my IM's are often capped. Its wise to send me a notecard and by doing so you will also know when I received/opened your note. I usually respond to a request within a day or two after receiving.

Missing items

After you purchased an item from my shop your are the owner, which means SL will act accordingly.
Meaning that in a case where the item was returned from the land it was rezzed on, it will be in your inventory, either in the "lost&found folder" or back in the folder it was before it was rezzed.
When returning multiple items at once often the returned items will show up as a "single" item in your lost found folder. Please look at image below on how this would look in your inventory.

In no way the items could have been returned to me, cause again, after purchase you are the owner.
