Yes its here finally!!!

Number 5 in the beach house series....

While number 6 and 7 are nearly done number 5 is available both in my shop and on Xstreet.

For this version I have created new tints yet still offering a simulair range of colors as the previous versions.

new animated fireplace

I'm proud to present a new modern animated fireplace, a true pearl for your home.

Doors open individually and in the lower part there is space to store your firewood.

Lounge

With the summer coming up its time to get rid of the old.

3 new loungers are released for you to relax by the beach or just enjoy the sunsets with friends.

All are animated on change (multi)pose and either have our new colorchange or texture change on board, which gives you the possibility to actually set who is allowed to change color/texture(owner/group/all).

Come and give them a try.
